Client Intake & Interview An introductory call is the first step in assessing and establishing our design collaboration for your project. Following this casual, informative exchange, we may move onto scheduling an on-site consultation where we can dive deeper into your expressed needs and allow us to collect necessary details to create a tailored design agreement. We welcome any inspiration ideas you wish to share from your own collection!
Design Development & Space Planning Following receipt of an executed design agreement, we will curate a custom design concept, supported by presentation boards suitable to your budget. Furniture floor plans and elevations will be provided, along with sample materials, supporting detailed images, and other visual aids.
Project & Construction Management Once furniture and material selections are finalized, we will create detailed construction drawings & documents including specification sheets and material / finish schedules to share with the collaborative team. Nifelle Design is committed to ensuring a successful design execution by working hand-in-hand with all creative artists and contractors throughout every step of the process.
All furnishings and soft goods will be presented on a unique proposal for approval, once final selections have been made. Upon approval and receipt of required deposits, Nifelle Design will work closely with all vendors to place orders, approve cuttings and shop drawings, and track all items throughout their creation. All items are inspected by Nifelle Design both in person, and through trusted receiving warehouses to ensure delivery of a high quality product.
Furnishing & Installation Once all items that were specifically curated for your unique home are successfully received and ready for installation, Nifelle Design coordinates all delivery logistics with the respective trades associated with your project including your contractor and/or builder. Art and accessories are provided for your approval at time of installation, to deliver the finishing touches that complement your space and design aesthetic - transforming your home into a beautifully coordinated environment that reflects your unique lifestyle.
Even after the project punchlist is complete, we provide you with continuous guidance and assistance for any design questions, adjustments, or additional needs that may arise. Whether you need advice on new design and decor, seasonal updates, or troubleshooting installed items, our dedicated team remains available long after final touches are made.
